Strength:
Hang Cleans + 1 Split Jerk
6x2 @ 70%
- Rest 60-90 seconds
Then with same weight complete:
3x5 Clean Grip RDL
- Rest 60-90 seconds
Workout:
4 x 100m - Slow jog back
3 x 200m - 1:30 break in between
2 x 400m - Rest equal time
1 x 800m
