Bulgarian Split Squats

Holy cleans guys! Jimmy and I were astounded...yes, astounded by the level of proficiency shown today in the clean. All of your hard work is paying off and we couldn't be more proud!

Tomorrow we have Bulgarian Split Squats. These tricky little single leg squats will be easy for all you Bandit Loop ninjas so get excited!

3x5 @ Moderate Weight
Workout: (M: 24kg/W: 16kg)
10 (L/R) BL KB Lunges w/ KB in rack and 2 second hold at bottom

12 Long Cycle KB Swings
