Heavy (Awe Inspiring) Tuesday

I don't know about you, but I was pumped, impressed, and blown away by everyone's effort today! You guys all killed it and some of your pull-up sets were mind blowing. Keep up the hard work and by the end of the month you all will be pr'ing your faces off.

10 sets of:

10 sec sprint
20 sec moderate pace
30 sec light jog


Barbell Club

Warm up: #1

Skill: Hip/Ankle Mobility

Strength:
5x2 1 Snatch First Pull + 1 Snatch @ AHAP
3X3 Snatch Balance

Then

5x3 Pendlay Row
5x15 Negative Pushups (3 seconds down-explode up)
